LAHORE: The outgoing Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Pervaiz Elahi said that PML-Q and PTI have nominated three names for the caretaker CM.
CM Punjab after attending a meeting with PTI Chairman Imran Khan said that they have been promoting the names of Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera, Naseer Ahmed Khan and Nasir Saeed Khosa to the governor.
He also said that the names have been finalized after taking consent from Imran Khan adding that if the opposition takes it open-heartedly than there can be a consensus on one of the names.
Elahi also said that a meeting will be called on Monday (today) with the party members and some crucial deliberations will be held.
On the other hand, PML-N is also having consultations over the name of the caretaker setup in Punjab.
