A shocking report reveals the arrest of a Karachi police officer deeply involved in criminal activity. The officer, ASI Imran, was apprehended for alleged extortion and drug sales.
Details show that an intelligence operation led police to the Karachi Super Highway. There, they found drugs in ASI Imran’s possession while he was on duty at the Gulshan-e-Maymar station.
Further investigations uncovered a dark web of connections. A suspect arrested in January confessed to receiving a gun for a crime – a gun traced back to ASI Imran. Evidence also suggests the officer tried to protect the arrested suspect.
Facing these serious allegations, ASI Imran was apprehended in Mominabad on extortion charges. A case has been officially filed against him.
Sadly, this isn’t an isolated incident. Another Karachi officer was recently arrested for his role in robberies, kidnapping, and extortion. Both officers were assigned to the Tipu Sultan police station and used their positions to prey on citizens in the Saddar police station area.
