  • Minister of State for Finance & Revenue
  • Secretaries of Finance, Cabinet, and Establishment Divisions
  • Co-opted members for specific roles:
    • Secretary, Defence Division (Armed Forces)
    • Secretary, Interior Division (Civil Armed Forces)

Key Responsibilities

Outlined in its Terms of Reference (ToRs), the committee will:

  • Review proposals for modifying existing allowances or granting new ones.
  • Ensure recommendations align with budgetary constraints.
  • Submit final recommendations to the Cabinet during the annual budget approval process.
