The Ministry of Religious Affairs has officially announced the deadline for the submission of the second installment of Hajj 2025 dues under the Government Hajj Scheme. Applicants must complete their payments between November 3 and November 10, failing which their applications will be canceled.
According to the notification, those who do not deposit the required amount within the specified time frame will lose their opportunity to perform Hajj this year. The ministry clarified that the first installment will be refunded directly to the applicants’ bank accounts in such cases.
The second installment has been set at Rs650,000 per applicant, payable through 14 designated banks across the country. Applicants are advised to complete the payment process within the notified window to confirm their participation in the government Hajj program.
Meanwhile, the private Hajj scheme has already started receiving applications, offering additional choices for pilgrims who prefer different arrangements.
For residential facilities, the ministry announced that applicants opting for a double-bed family room will be charged an additional Rs200,000 per person. Those selecting a triple-bed family room will need to pay an additional Rs67,000 per person. These charges are in addition to the standard installment.
Officials further stated that applicants will be allowed to modify their residential package at the time of paying the second installment. However, once payment has been made, no further changes will be permitted to the package, making it essential for applicants to finalize their decision beforehand.
The government has emphasized that the new measures are aimed at ensuring transparency, financial clarity, and smooth arrangements for pilgrims performing Hajj under the official scheme.
With the deadline approaching, applicants are being urged to act promptly to secure their place in the upcoming pilgrimage.
