In, today’s global age, Mental Health awareness become an important factor in creating awareness and is needed more than now before. According to recent surveys, 284 million people are victims of depression while 286 million suffer from anxiety disorders. Consequently, we need to have awareness regarding mental illness and its disruptive reasons.
Mental illness count on move disorders anxiety disorders, personality disorders., psychotic disorders, eating disorder trauma-related disorders substance abuse disorders. All of these disorders are part of severe mental illness.
Moreover, mental illness can be triggered by our environment, sad events our nature of genetics, our family background all come together to take it over mental health and negatively affect us with the adverse effects which last forever if left untreated.
In this today’s era, it is very important to treat our mental health and mental and less with regular patterns to avoid a life of discomfort, lack of worth and goofy. Hence we can recover from mental ailments. recovery means different to different people.
People often talk about clinical and personal recoveries Lastly, we need to let people live in their way and let them express what they feel instead of suppressing them and damaging them from the inside and killing them and should prevent them from committing suicide to secure their future.
