The long-awaited University Road development project in Karachi is expected to reach completion within the next two months, according to Sindh Senior Minister for Information and Transport Sharjeel Inam Memon.
Memon made the announcement while inaugurating the Mosamiyat Flyover in Karachi on Sunday. The flyover is an important component of the Red Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project being developed to improve public transportation and traffic connectivity in the city.
During the ceremony, the senior provincial minister said work on the University Road project was progressing and that the remaining development activities were expected to be completed within two months.
The announcement comes as Karachi continues to see major infrastructure and transportation projects aimed at improving road connectivity and addressing traffic congestion across busy parts of the city.
