K-Electric has confirmed that electricity supply has been fully restored in North Karachi’s Sector 5C-1, following a scheduled maintenance-related shutdown.
In an official communication, a KE spokesperson stated that the temporary power cut was part of a routine infrastructure upgrade aimed at enhancing network reliability in the region.
The maintenance was completed without delay, and services were brought back online as planned.
“Maintaining the electrical infrastructure is essential for ensuring a reliable power supply,” said the spokesperson.
K-Electric reiterated the need for such maintenance activities to avoid larger disruptions in the future. Regular upgrades and technical inspections are part of the company’s ongoing initiatives to strengthen Karachi’s power distribution system.
Customers affected by the maintenance were advised in advance and are now encouraged to report any persisting issues directly via KE’s verified social media platforms, ensuring fast resolution through digital support channels.
